Returns
- We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
Refunds
- Since we operate only with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are available only if you received a wrong or defective product.
- Refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
- If you refuse the order at delivery due to visible damage or wrong item, no payment will be collected.
- If the issue is found after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [email protected] with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Eligibility for Refund

- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
