Returns and Refunds Policy

At ElizaTraveler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:

Returns

  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged or defective product on arrival

Refunds

  • Since we operate only with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are available only if you received a wrong or defective product.
  • Refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
    • If you refuse the order at delivery due to visible damage or wrong item, no payment will be collected.
    • If the issue is found after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [email protected] with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.
  3. The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not reported within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for refunds.
